Read from the instrument rather than a summary of it. A table in the rules maps 39 classes of support to a module and an assessment method, and for 23 of those rows the whole audited standard is four sentences.

A third of the NDIS enforcement register has expired. Here is which sanctions still bite
3,689 actions on the register and 1,217 of them lapsed. Counted by sanction type, the instruments behave nothing alike: revocations and refusals never expire, almost every suspension has, and 670 of 803 banning orders still stand.
